I was working with Dayana  to look for a 1 bedroom apartment. She showed us the unit and other available units in the building. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when filling out the application. She was accommodating and very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. I felt secure in my decision to work with her because I felt well taken care of. I had an inquiry after I finished working with her and she still took the time to guide me and answer my questions! I was looking for a rental for several months and it was especially difficult because I had a special situation. I met Benji to see a unit. Even though it would fit my need I just didn't like it that much. I felt so relieved when Benji said np when I decided not to apply. He put no pressure. We saw another unit that I decided to pass. A third one wouldn't work because I couldn't have carpet. And he said he will get back to me if something else comes up. I thanked him but thought.. nah.. he's not going to get back to me. Absolutely the best real estate agent!  Very accommodating and has great listings available in various Queens locations.  My boyfriend and I were looking for our first place together and Ben was there for us.  He responded promptly and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. With Miguel Silva’s help, I was able to find a rent stabilized apartment that I love. My concern was that I needed to find a new tenant for my back then studio apartment since I broke the lease. Miguel promised to help and he kept his words. He is a very reliable, responsive and resourceful agent. I am very grateful that I had his support during this exciting but also stressful transition. I was very pleased that we found the new tenant successfully on time so I didn’t have to pay double rent. It was a pleasure working with Miguel and I highly recommend him!
